South Indian cooking is known for its bold yet balanced flavours, built around fragrant spices, fresh vegetables, lentils, and comforting breads. From warming dals to vibrant vegetable dishes, the cuisine celebrates simplicity, nutrition, and depth of flavour.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cook together to prepare a satisfying South Indian meal using everyday ingredients and traditional techniques that are easy to recreate at home. You’ll learn key methods such as tempering spices, balancing heat and seasoning, and working with lentils and seasonal vegetables.
The menu may vary slightly depending on ingredient availability and the dietary requirements of the group.
