Join Baked@number17 for a focused, hands-on workshop where you'll master shaping techniques and learn to bake beautiful rolls and batards with confidence.

What you'll learn:

  • We will watch my video tutorials first
  • Then I will have some fully proved dough to shape and to practise on
  • We will bake on an open tray with steam
  • Tips and tricks to achieve consistent, quality results

You'll take home:

  • Freshly baked rolls and batards to enjoy
  • A dough to bake at home
  • Starter (if you need it)

This class is perfect for those with some sourdough experience who want to refine their shaping skills and explore new techniques.
