We’ll begin with yin yoga inspired by the elements—a practice that helps you reconnect to nature’s rhythms and your own true essence. In the space and stillness cultivated, you’ll have time to gently feel into yourself again.
From there, you’ll be bathed in sacred healing frequencies of crystal tones bowls, crystal harp, and other sacred instruments to harmonise your nervous system and invite deep peace within.
Afterwards, don’t rush—stay a little longer and enjoy a warm cup of ginger & honey tea.
