You are warmly invited to a nourishing Soul Kind Yoga session followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, guided by the energy of the first Full Moon of 2026 and the wisdom of the winter season.
This practice weaves together yin and yang style asanas, somatic movement, and conscious breathwork to energise the body while supporting balance within the nervous system. You’ll be guided through intuitive flows, free exploration, and delicious moments of stillness, all encouraging deeper embodiment and connection to the breath and mind.
As the practice softens and settles, we’ll transition into a guided Yoga Nidra, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of sound bowls. This closing meditation offers space for reflection, release, and deep relaxation.
This session is offered at the special introductory price of £15.
