Do you want to let rip and boogie your socks off sober and be home early with a nice cup of tea? Are you shy and just want a corner to find your feet? Come and join me at an intimate local venue for an hour of my favourite awesome 60s 70s 80s 90s and noughties music; exercise made awesome!!

At SorbetSounds we dance the first song together to clear away any ‘I’m so awkward’ cobwebs and rev up our disco engines.

Sorbet Serious Rules:

-Tap your feet, finger-point like Grandad or get free & footloose: whatever your style, this is a mobile phone-free zone so no filming or photos.

-Please keep it sober for all to enjoy.

-No stilettos (to protect the wood flooring).

Please note there will be gentle disco lights for a bit of ambience; nothing too crazy but just to make you aware.

Parking: there is a free public car park adjacent to the church. A level paved path leads to the hall behind the church past the enclosed lawn area.
