This workshop is designed to support your nervous system health! Olivia will teach a little theory and a lot of practice. Participants will be guided through exploratory body awareness exercises to practice the art of observing their attention and sitting with sensations that arise in the body. Participants are encouraged to take breaks whenever desired and will be invited (but not required) to speak about their experiences. Snacks provided!
Please bring:
-comfy clothes to move around in
-a journal (optional; if you would like to take notes)
-a comfort item (could be a favorite water bottle, a keychain, a stone, a soft blanket)
