A weekly sanctuary of somatic yoga and meditation, moving in harmony with the moon and the shifting seasons. All bodies welcome.

In a world that often feels rushed and disconnected, I invite you to slow down and align with the cycles of the earth and sky. My weekly Gentle Somatic Yoga & Meditation class is more than just a movement practice; it is a seasonal sanctuary for healing.

What is Somatic Yoga?

Unlike traditional yoga that focuses on attaining a pose, Somatics is about the internal experience. I use slow, conscious movements connected to breath to release chronic muscle tension, recalibrate the nervous system, and find ease from the inside out.

Aligned with the Seasons and the Moon

Each week, our practice will shift to mirror the natural world

  • The Lunar Cycle: Together, we honour the moon’s phases—using the New Moon for setting intention and restorative stillness, and the Full Moon for release and expansive movement.
  • The Seasonal Shift: I adapt the sequences to the time of year. We embrace the inward hibernation of Winter, the gentle awakening of Spring, the vitality of Summer, and the shedding of Autumn.


What to Expect

  • Gentle Somatic Flow: Mat-based movements to release the spine, hips, neck and shoulders.
  • Guided Meditation: Themes centered on emotional healing, chakra rebalancing and self-compassion.
  • Deep Relaxation: A long, supportive Savasana to integrate the healing.


I also offer a longer and more in depth healing journey that I run with each new moon. So every fourth of fifth Wednesday you have the option to join me for this beautiful event.
