In Slow Sundays x BREATHE, you'll be guided through two thoughtfully curated sessions. In this special offering, we will be slowing down even further, starting our morning with a gentle, mindful Hatha yoga asana practice, then flowing and sinking into meditative breath-work. Taught by two yoga teachers, this complementary practice can be exhilarating, softening, and restorative. The meditative breath work is hard to describe, but if you're curious, then come and have a go at it! No previous experience necessary.
The class is well suited to beginners, and great care has been taken to make the class as accessible as possible. Variations, modifications, and props will all be provided to tailor the practice to each person. There will also be hands-on assistance and adjustment on offer. This session has limited spaces as it is offered in a small group.
