Just as the Christmas rush begins to slow and the January sales pop up around every corner, we invite you to step away from the noise, slow down, and join us in the sunlit Sister & Soul Studio for a morning that's mindful for you and the planet.

Meditation + Yoga
Heather will guide you through a calming meditation to arrive fully in your body and release the buzz of the week. We’ll then move into a gentle, all-levels yoga flow designed to open the body, slow the breath, and melt away tension. Expect soft stretches, nourishing postures, and grounding movement that leaves you centred, relaxed, and ready to receive the rest of the morning with clarity and ease. No experience is needed, just come as you are.

Nutrition Talk + Brunch
Anna will be leading an informal discussion, quietening the noise of the ‘new year, new me’ mentality and discussing simple and sustainable ways to prioritise eating well in the year ahead. In a month which focuses so heavily on restriction, the talk will be based around what we can add into our diet to make it more nutrient dense, exciting and enjoyable and how we can move forward into 2026 with an outlook which promotes nourishment, not punishment. Anna will also be providing a nutrient-dense, plant-based brunch. A dietary requirements/allergen form will be sent out to attendees on booking.

Clothes Swap
Did you know there are currently enough clothes on the planet to dress the next six generations? And yet, every January we’re encouraged to buy more: new wardrobes, new looks, new versions of ourselves. This is a reminder that you don’t need to reinvent yourself to feel renewed. You're perfectly whole the way you are. Bring along any clean, good-quality clothes you no longer wear and deserve a second life in a new home. As you arrive, you’ll add them to our communal collection. Before you leave, you’ll have time to browse the pieces others have donated, allowing something to catch your eye or spark joy.

About Wellness With Anna Whyte:
Anna Whyte is a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach with a special interest in Women’s Health and Digestion. She works 1-1 with clients to support them to take control of their health and feel their best, by encouraging diet and lifestyle changes which are well suited to personal health goals. She creates nutrition and lifestyle protocols to support symptom improvement, alongside improved health overall. Anna also offers some health food catering to showcase how healthy eating can be delicious, and to demonstrate how certain foods / nutrients can help to support certain health conditions.
