Slow Journaling for Busy Minds is a calm, guided workshop where you’re invited to write or draw slowly, in your own way, whatever comes to your mind and heart.

No journaling or writing experience needed. If your mind feels busy and tired, this session offers a gentle pause.

A mini journal will be provided for all participants, or bring your own journal if you prefer.
