
Join us at Vivid Minds Cafe for a special 75-minute Slow Flow. This class gives you space to adjust and breathe into each asana before you move breath-to-movement.
Each class will end with Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) to reset the nervous system.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class starting as parking can be difficult to find. We recommend bringing your mat as spare mats can be limited.
