As we roll through a seamless sequence of theme orientated postures & entwine in a playful journey with breath, body & mind; This grounding, steady class will fuse pranayama (Yogic Breathwork), Asana (Postures, music & meditation to encourage an integrated, enlightening, complete practice. To either energise, uplift or earth into ground.
