
This yoga class is a beginner friendly vinyasa style flow featuring a curated R&B inspired playlist. The class starts with a brief mediation & breathing exercise where an intention for the class is suggested. After, you will be guided to move with your breath to build mobility and flexibility with traditional yoga poses as we move through a slow and intentional flow. The class ends with savasana, a few moments to rest & mediate. This biweekly class is a great way to unwind from a busy work day and recharge. All levels and bodies are welcomed.
