
A group leader’s ability to build cohesion and create a safe environment in which group members can take the risk to be vulnerable is always an advantage.
The first step being to help group members connect with each other and find commonalities so that they feel safe enough to share. Group members become co-therapists as they share wisdom and provide glimmers of hope for each other.
From Warm-Up to Trust is an invitation to slow down and attend to the foundations that make meaningful group work possible. Together, we will explore how safety is not something we impose, but something we co-create—moment by moment—through presence, pacing, and relationship.
