On March 7, 2026, the SHE-Roe Storytelling Series expands into its largest celebration yet—a powerful full-day experience honoring the brilliance, resilience, and impact of women across generations and industries. Held inside the iconic Paul Robeson Cultural & Performing Arts Center at Central State University, this immersive event blends story, culture, artistry, and purpose in a way only SHE-Roe can.
Through dynamic performances, interactive moments, and deeply moving narratives, SHE-Roe invites every guest to witness the extraordinary within ordinary women—and reflect on the stories shaping their own lives.
Meet the 2026 SHE-Roes
This year, we honor six phenomenal women, each representing a pillar of community and culture. These SHE-Roes embody leadership, creativity, healing, courage, and unwavering commitment to their purpose.
Celebrating the creative force who uses expression—music, visual art, dance, or poetry—to inspire, heal, and reimagine what’s possible.
Honoring the visionary entrepreneur or executive whose leadership transforms industries, creates opportunity, and builds pathways for others.
Recognizing the educator, scholar, or advocate whose work uplifts learners, protects truth, and expands access through knowledge.
Acknowledging the healer—physical, mental, or emotional—who nurtures wholeness and teaches our community how to care for mind, body, and spirit.
Uplifting the activist, organizer, or community champion who confronts inequity, amplifies marginalized voices, and drives transformational change.
Honoring the spiritual guide, faith leader, or sacred storyteller who grounds us in purpose, peace, and the deeper meaning of our collective journeys.
