FREE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: January 7 @ 5PM PT
The San Francisco Bay Area is approaching a period of an unprecedented concentration of major sporting events, highlighted by the rare occurrence of two global mega-events in the same year. The National League’s Super Bowl and FIFA's World Cup will bring millions of visitors to the Bay Area. It is critical that we mobilize community forces for a coordinated response to the anticipated increase of human trafficking activities.
Join us at the Annual Press Conference of SFCAHT to learn how local stakeholders prepare to collaborate for effective human trafficking prevention, prosecution and protection of the victims. Learn about major anti-trafficking initiatives and ways to support the regional efforts.
We will be joined by representatives of the Bay Area Host Committee, top law enforcement and government officials, legislators, survivors, leading anti-trafficking advocates and members of the press.
The 2026 Modern-Day Abolitionist Award winners will be honored at the press conference. A reception for all participants to follow.
Admission is free. Registration is required to attend. Please register here by January 7, 5 PM PST via the red button "Reserve a spot" located in the upper right of the page.
We hope to see you there on January 9!
