Andrew Pearce has spent over 30 years in the property industry, but his true calling lies in adventure and conservation. A Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and Member of The Explorers Club, he has undertaken extreme challenges across the Poles, deserts and jungles, raising over £400,000 for charity and earning the Association of Air Ambulances' Award of Excellence in 2019.
For 34 years, Andrew has travelled to Africa, drawn to a continent that holds over 25% of the world's remaining biodiversity. Four years ago, he left full-time employment to dedicate himself to supporting wildlife rangers – the unsung heroes on the dangerous frontline of conservation.
Drawing on his experiences in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya and Zimbabwe, Andrew will explore the critical role of wildlife rangers, the challenges and dangers they face daily, and why protecting Africa's biodiversity matters for us all.
Join us for an exciting evening of exploration and discovery. Get ready to dive into the world of wildlife conservation and learn from experts in the field. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with fellow nature enthusiasts and make a difference together. See you there!
