Suitable for absolute beginners, we will learn sensual, spicy, and mood-uplifting choreography. Sensual Latin dance emphasises fluidity, connection to the music, expressive movement, and confidence building.
Please note: This Sensual Latin class is reserved exclusively for ladies. We offer this class in a ladies-only format to create a comfortable, supportive environment where participants can freely express themselves, build confidence, and explore movement without self-consciousness. Many attendees prefer a women-only space for this particular style of dance, and we strive to honour that preference by maintaining the intended atmosphere.
For anyone who prefers a mixed-gender setting, we offer a variety of partner dance classes that are inclusive and welcoming to everyone.
