SENDIT Sessions - The DEN
On Friday night I’m opening up a two-hour training session.
It’s simple.
We’re bringing 40 men together to train Olympic lifting in a proper environment. Loud music. High energy. Heavy barbells.
I’ll be training as well. It’s open format you run your session, I’ll move around, coach where needed, lift alongside you, and we build the room together.
This isn’t a seminar It isn’t a structured workshop. It’s just good training with good people.
The aim is to build real community around Sendit. Not online. In person.
We’ll also have an exclusive opportunity on the night to shop the latest Sendit Performance collection before it goes live.
What to expect:
• 2-hour open Olympic lifting session
• Heavy snatches & clean and jerks
• High-energy music
• Energy drinks available
• Male only
• 40 spot limit
• Free (ticket required)
