As a caregiver, you give your all to your loved ones.
Do you know how your daily caregiving chores can lead to your spinal and bodily pains?
Extended use of smart devices when caregiving can further strain our posture and our brain, leading to digital dementia.
Dr Kelvin Ng, a Chiropractor specialising in posture and ergonomics, and a caregiver himself, has been invited to give a free talk for CaringWheels Members, covering:
+ The daily strains from caregiving and prolonged use of smart devices
+ How these affect the posture and brain, increasing the risk of digital dementia
+ Ways to minimise stresses in your spine and mind
+ Common bodily pains and what they are telling you
+ What can you do about screen fatigue, neck pain and back strain
Have you noticed your posture when you are at your desk, messaging or lifting your care recipient? This talk will be an insightful session to learn and be more aware!
