Julia is an experienced yoga teacher who has been professionally teaching since 2018, with expertise in Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Yin, Pranayama, and fusion styles. Yoga is her lifestyle and her purpose is to share its full-spectrum benefits with clarity, joy, and heart.
Her classes are engaging, accessible, and designed to deepen the connection to your body and breath. New students can build a solid foundation, while experienced students appreciate her creative sequencing and fresh challenges.
