She has experience working with children with developmental and behavioural difficulties, caregivers experiencing stress or burnout, women experiencing difficulties during the perinatal period, as well as adults with broad-range mental health difficulties such as anxiety. depression, trauma, self-harm and suicidal behaviours. She is passionate about working with children and adults facing mental health difficulties, particularly women across the lifespan, who may be experiencing emotional changes, identity shifts, and mental health difficulties.
