Forget the mainstream sights you can discover on your own around town, and step into a district layered with stories and tradition as we uncover the raw and unfiltered side of Jalan Besar, only for those who dare.
Journey through back-alleys, shophouses and former red-light districts, as we explore how these same spaces have been shaped by those who passed through them, from cultural associations and places of refuge, to age-old trades that still linger in the present.
