A winter wellbeing circle to reconnect, restore and realign through hypnosis, seasonal nutrition and mindful practices.

🌿 Seasonal Wellbeing Circle

Reconnect – Restore – Realign

Winter is a season where life naturally feels quieter. The slowing down has already happened — yet many women still feel tired, unsettled or disconnected from their bodies.

This Seasonal Wellbeing Circle offers a space to meet yourself where you are. Rather than asking you to do more or push through, this evening invites you to restore, receive and realign with what your body and mind need during this season of the year.

Through guided hypnosis, seasonal insights and reflection, you’ll be supported to settle your nervous system, reconnect with your inner rhythm and feel more grounded and nourished — physically, mentally and emotionally.

✨ What the evening includes

  • Guided hypnosis for deep relaxation, restoration and nervous-system support
  • Seasonal nutritional insights, exploring how winter foods and rhythms can support energy, blood sugar balance, warmth and resilience
  • Mindfulness practices/reflection to help you tune into your body
  • Community connection in a calm, warm and welcoming space

The nutritional insights are practical and supportive, offering a different way of listening to your body — particularly helpful if you’ve noticed changes in energy, appetite, sleep or how your body responds to food.

🌙 Who this circle is for

This circle is for women who:

  • Feel tired, wired-but-exhausted or out of sync with themselves
  • Are noticing changes in energy, mood, sleep or eating patterns
  • Would like grounded support
  • Are curious about hypnosis or seasonal living
  • Value connection in a small group setting

No prior experience with hypnosis, mindfulness or nutrition is needed.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel cosy.
