These sessions offer gentle ways to nurture your wellbeing by slowing down, spending time on the land, and learning practices that show how nature can support your physical and mental wellbeing. You will deepen your connection with the more‑than‑human world through solo time on the land, sharing experiences, and simple seasonal craft.
