ReAnna Romero-Alirez is the founder of Release Bodywork + Healing in Downtown Littleton and the creator of The Embodied Alchemy Collective.

With over a decade of experience in the medical field and a deep background in stretch therapy, Reiki, nervous system support, and holistic wellness, ReAnna is known for creating grounded, emotionally safe spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Her work blends practical embodiment with intuitive energy work — helping women reconnect with their bodies, trust themselves deeply, and step into aligned expansion.
