Interactive Cooking Class: Indian CuisineLed by Neelam Kanwar, this guided cooking experience explores traditional Indian techniques and flavor-building, demonstrating how Indian cooking can be as simple or as complex as you desire. Attendees will sample several dishes, so be sure to bring your appetite! All recipes are vegetarian. (Most classes are also gluten-free. However, when there is use of gluten and dairy, alternate recipes that are dairy- and gluten-free will be provided.)

5:45 PM ............. Designer Conversations & Tasting ContinuesChat one-on-one with Neil Kelly kitchen designers, ask questions, share ideas, and enjoy the remaining tastings in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
