Saturday Yoga Reset
Restorative Yoga with adaptable poses in a nurturing environment—soften into Saturday with Emma.
What to expect:
-Holding postures for a few minutes at a time
-The use of props (bricks and blocks) to access the poses in a supported, comfortable way
-Breathwork (pranayama) to begin the session
-A long relaxation to finish
What to bring:
A mat (I have a few spares if you don’t have one) water, a firm medium-large cushion, and a blanket to make relaxation extra cosy.
If you have your own blocks or mat, feel free to bring them—but mats and blocks are available.
