Join us for Sanctuary: Seasonal Yoga Series with Hana Saotome, our monthly yoga class at The Westin London City, led by senior yoga teacher Hana Saotome.

Take time out from your busy schedule and enjoy a 60-minute yoga session designed to help you unwind, reset, and re-energise 🧘‍♂️🌿 Hosted in a calm and welcoming hotel setting, this class offers a balanced blend of movement, breathwork, and relaxation.

Each monthly session follows a gentle seasonal theme, with a focus on women's wellness throughout all life stages, these classes explore themes including hormonal balance, seasonal living, and cyclical wisdom, though all participants are welcome. Expect accessible yoga sequences, guided breathing, and mindful relaxation to help calm the nervous system and restore energy.

🧘 About the instructor

Hana Saotome is a senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer with over 18 years of experience. With a background as a professional dancer and extensive training in women's yoga therapy, Hana brings a supportive, embodied approach to her teaching that meets people where they are.

Her classes combine classical yoga, breathwork and mindful awareness to help participants feel grounded, refreshed and energised.
