Saltaire Holistic Health Fair

Come discover over 50 stalls offering a range of mind, body, spirit, health and wellness experiences. Try taster sessions of complementary therapies including massage, healing, acupuncture, book a reading with a psychic or tarot reader, meet a life coach, or buy some beautiful independent gifts and art. You can sample a free meditation, sound journey or yoga class in the 3 rooms upstairs, with packed timetables all day of workshops and group sessions and cacao ceremonies- no need to book just turn up 5 mins before the start and do as many as you like!

Treat yourself to some beautiful crystals and jewellery from a range of independently run local businesses and sample delicious hot vegan and veggie food from around the world, with healthy snacks and indulgent treats on offer too.
