
Join us in the Food & Drink Studio on Sunday 8th March, as part of National Butchers Week, for a hands-on lamb butchery masterclass focused on preparing a lamb noisette (a beautiful, boneless saddle cut that’s perfect for roasting and sharing).
Guided step-by-step by our Fortnum's team, guests will learn how to bone, stuff, roll and tie this classic cut — a skill that could be especially useful as Easter celebrations approach.
You’ll take home the noisette you’ve made, ready for your own table, and also get to enjoy it on the day as part of a relaxed sit-down lunch after the class.
