About Your Host – Ruth I’m Ruth, a hypnotherapist, spiritual coach, holisitc and healing therapist and women’s circle facilitator based in Cornwall.

Over the years I’ve been holding women’s circles, creating safe spaces for connection, sharing, and empowerment.

My background combines: Hypnotherapy & NLP, helping my clients rewire old patterns and connect with their higher self. Therapeutic Massage & Sound Healing, supporting deep relaxation and energetic reset.

Circle Facilitation, guiding groups of women through shared experiences of healing, expression, and self-discovery.

I bring warmth, depth, and a grounding presence to my work, blending spiritual practice with down-to-earth support.

These intimate circles are an extension of my therapy practice, a chance for women to gather, be heard, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more empowered.
