This nourishing Sunday morning workshop is a curated blend of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and a Sound Bath — three potent and complementary practices designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you with a sense of inner peace.
🔹 Yin Yoga We begin by slowing down with a deeply grounding Yin Yoga sequence. Using long-held, floor-based postures, this practice targets the fascia and connective tissues of the body, helping to increase circulation, mobility, and energetic flow. With support from props and the breath, Yin encourages introspection, stillness, and the gentle unravelling of physical and emotional tension.
🔹 Yoga Nidra Next, you’ll be guided into a state of conscious relaxation through the practice of Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep.” Lying down in savasana, you’ll be led through a systematic meditation that promotes healing, nervous system regulation, and deep mental rest. Even a short Yoga Nidra session can feel as restorative as hours of sleep.
🔹 Sound Bath To close, allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of a live Sound Bath. Instruments such as gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion will create a rich tapestry of sound designed to balance your energy, deepen relaxation, and leave you in a state of inner harmony.
