Sacred Sexuality: Awakening Sexual Energy for Healing & Empowerment

Sacred sexuality is a path of reclaiming the body as a temple, and the sexual life-force as a source of vitality, creativity, and spiritual awakening. In this immersive workshop, we will explore the ancient Taoist and Tantric practices that teach us how to connect with sexual energy in a conscious, loving, and empowered way. We will use breathwork to remove blockages from our energetic pathways, learn how to use yoni crystals for healing and strengthening, as well as discover the health benefits of intentional sexual practices. These practices can benefit people with or without partner, regardless of sexual orientation.


Sex is distinct from gender and we respect that sacred sexuality is expansive and meaningful for everyone of all gender identities and expressions -- however this workshop is intended for participants who have internal reproductive organs (vagina, vulva, labia, etc) and identify as women since we will specifically be working with and learning about practices connected to this unique anatomy and energy pathways.
