Sacred drum circle

Join me at the serene Silo is Radlett for an evening of drumming and sound!

This circle meets every month from 7.30 - 9.30pm with the aim of developing community and supporting growth and release through drumming together. No musical ability is necessary, we will not be learning complicated rhythms, rather we will be creating a steady beat with our hand drums and rattles which can invoke a trance like or meditative state. There will always be an invitation to join in with your voice, but no expectation.

We will begin sessions with smudging and intention setting, followed by group drumming and movement. There will be opportunity during the evening to share in a supportive circle. There is usually a guided drum meditation, reiki drum journey or reiki drum healing during the evening too!

I have a selection of drums which you can use, but if you do have a drum, please bring it with you. Spaces are limited so it is advisable to book online to avoid disappointment.

We always end our sessions with tea and cake!
