
Train with Running Lab on the Road to the 2XU Compression Run 2026.
Join us every Wednesday evening for a 13 week guided training run focused on building speed, strength, and consistency. Run with like minded runners, sharpen your fitness, and keep the momentum going as race day draws closer.
Meet us at our weekly designated location from 7:00pm for bag drop, with warm-up starting promptly at 7:10pm.
Week 1 Training (7 Jan) Programme: 400m Intervals
Location: Marina Square Outdoor Plaza (Take the escalator down, near Running Lab)
Pace Groups: G1 - 5:00, G2 - 6:00, G3 - 7:00, and G4: 8:00
Hydration is available, powered by H-TWO-O and JÄÄDE. Registrations will open on a weekly basis.
