Roundtable: What Works When Culture is Under Strain

Constructing Excellence North East is inviting members to attend a small, in person HR roundtable focused on culture, wellbeing, and people pressures in construction and operational environments.

This session will be a facilitated one hour roundtable discussion led by Fred Wellbeing, bringing together HR and people professionals to share challenges, insights, and practical experience.

What the session will focus on

• How culture issues show up in day to day operational reality
• The links between culture, sickness absence, turnover, and morale
• What “good” can look like, using examples from those in the room and wider industry
• How HR teams think about gaining traction and buy in when resources are limited

The aim of the session is to encourage open dialogue and peer learning between local organisations, creating space for honest discussion rather than formal presentations.
