Call for Vendors: Black History Fair

Murray Language Academy proudly invites vendors to participate in our Black History Fair.
This two-day celebration will take place on Friday, February 20, and Saturday, February 21. Our goal is to provide students with opportunities to learn Black history, express creativity, and see themselves reflected in stories of excellence, strength, and resilience.

Vendor Fees

Non-Food Vendors

  • $50 for one day
  • $90 for both days (must commit in advance)

Food Vendors

  • $75 for one day
  • $140 for both days

Vendor Requirements

  • Food and sanitation license (for food vendors)
  • Proof of liability insurance listing Murray Language Academy
  • No onsite cooking permitted
  • Bring your own trash can

Setup Information

  • Vendors must bring their own 6 ft x 6 ft table and chair
  • Vendors must provide their own signage or banner
  • Tablecloth colors must be one of the following:
    Gold, Green, Red, Yellow, or Brown
