Nourish your soul with organic food and drinks from local vendors. Let your roots grow deep and your heart blossom at this transformative event.

As you will see from the free workshops listed below, there is plenty of choice for every spiritually curious being. Our intention is that you come along, relax into the land and attend the workshops that call to you.

• Bottle of drinking water, snacks if you are not buying from the food van (details nearer the time)
• Clothing and shoes suitable for the days weather, you will be both inside and out
• yoga mat, cushion and blanket for sound bath
• something to sit on, cushions, camping chair etc
• Journal and Pen
• Drums, rattles and instruments
