Rock Climbing/Abseil (10-14years)

Participants can climb upwards learning to move carefully and smoothly and descend cliffs by abseiling down fixed ropes. It pulls upon and develops confidence, self-reliance, trust, patience and for some, the ability to overcome their fear of heights!

Meet our Instructors at Adventure Aberdeen at 9am

• Participants are required to bring a packed lunch and no fizzy drinks
• Please bring warm sporty clothes and waterproofs (if you have)
• Waterproofs and all technical equipment will be provided.
• Required medication must accompany the participant

If your child is required to take medication during camp hours, please ensure you complete a Prescribed Medication Form upon arrival to the centre. Medication must be in original packaging with the child's name and dosage printed on it.

The camp runs from 09:00 - 16:00
