
WHAT THE DAY INCLUDES
The day begins with guided physical sessions, inspired by the commado - style training.led by ex Royal marine commando Carl Gilson of Commando fit.Expect bodyweight movements, teamwork, and scalable challenges suitable for all fitness levels. You'll be encouraged to push yourself- safely and with support.
MINDSET & RESILIENCE
Throughout the physical work, we focus on mindset; how yoiu respond to challenge, manage discomfort, and keep moving forward, These tools apply far beyond training amd into everyday life.
YOGA & MEDITATION
After the physical challenge, we slow things down with guided yoga and mediation to support recoveryand mental reset, this session helps to;

.Reset your state of mind
.Leave feeling grounded, clear, and energised
No experience is needed - this is accessible and welcoming for everyone.
