Making time for relaxation is vitally important in managing stress, how we feel on a day-to-day basis and our longer-term health. With our busy lives and never ending to do lists however it's often not a priority. This extended class prioritises your rest, relaxation, and restoration.
This restorative yoga class is for:
- All levels including complete beginners.
- Anyone looking to benefit from the calming benefits of restorative yoga
This extended class will include:
- A practice of floor-based restorative yoga poses holding each pose for up to 5 mins
- Using props such as bolsters, pillows, and blankets to support the body and allow it to unwind.
- Finishing with a long, guided relaxation
Expect to leave:
- Feeling physically more relaxed and “restored” as we let go of muscular tension.
- Feeling mentally calmer as we release mental stresses and tensions.
