Many women are capable, responsible, and effective at responding to what life asks of us. The harder part? Knowing who we are beneath the expectations, and where your life is pointing now.
This in-person Restful Growth Retreat offers a gentle guidance and a grounded process to help you reconnect with your identity and chart direction for your current (or next) season. Limited to 22 pax only, this is an intimate setting for meaningful connections as we do this work together.
9.30 - 10.00 Introduction and orientation
- Context setting
- Light breakfast and coffee/tea
9.45 - 10.45 Part One: Who am I?
- What would it look like to move from living under expectations to living from your identity?
- We will explore the inner qualities, convictions and patterns that have remained true about you across different chapters of your life. Your identity is not your title or personal brand, role or title.
- Through teaching, guided personal reflection and structured conversation, you'll gain clearer language, and appreciation, for who you are - and who you are becoming.
10.45 - 12.30 Part Two: Where am I going?
- Where is life leading you this season? What are you being invited into?
- We start with a creative mapping exercise, where we will look at the experiences which have shaped you, and what those patterns suggest about what comes next for you.
- We’ll close by creating a personal artifact to represent your direction for this season - something concrete you can return to as a point of orientation as you move forward.
What will you come away with?
- Deeper grounding and clearer language for who you are and how you operate
- A more accurate sense of what directions fit, and which ones don’t
- A tangible reference (from our hands-on work) which you can return to when making decisions
- Less internal noise
