Rest at the Library: A Weekly Guided Relaxation Hour
Because your nervous system deserves more than five minutes of peace.
This isn’t your average wellness class. This is deep, radical rest designed for tired minds, tense bodies, and overworked souls. Whether you’re juggling too much, healing quietly, or need an opportunity to lie the hell down without guilt, this space is yours.
Each session offers guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation), a chance to drop into deep rest without needing to “do” anything. No poses, no pressure, just softness, stillness, and sacred pause.
