Reflective Community of Practice

Local government restructuring and service reconfiguration can be complex, demanding, and isolating for housing and homelessness leaders.

This Reflective Community of Practice offers a supportive, confidential space for Local Authority Housing and Homelessness Services Managers to come together to explore challenges, opportunities and shared learning with peers.

This first session is particularly aimed at managers:

• Currently going through Local Government Reorganisation (LGR)
• With experience of merging services or shared service arrangements
• Navigating change across systems, teams, and partnerships

The session will be facilitated and shaped by participants’ priorities, with a focus on reflection, connection, and peer learning.

This is the first of three planned sessions across the South East.
