Rags to Runway - Trash Fashion

Rags to Runway” is a creative five-week programme delivered by ABC Council, taking place every Saturday. Designed to inspire sustainable fashion and build confidence, the initiative guides participants through the full journey of transforming pre-loved clothing into catwalk-ready style. Each week, participants will visit local charity shops, learn how to select and reimagine second-hand pieces, and develop their own unique runway looks with support from experienced mentors.

The programme will culminate in an exciting Runway Showcase Event, where participants present their final outfits on the catwalk, celebrating creativity, upcycling, and personal expression. “Rags to Runway” highlights the value of sustainable fashion while offering a fun, engaging experience for all involved.

• 24th January- Planning away day 10am-4pm (Belfast)
