Quesoff 2025

Quesoff, THE annual celebration of all things melted cheese, will take place at The Mohawk (912 Red River in Austin, TX) on Sunday, November 2 from noon to 3pm.

In line with the design theme, we invite teams and attendees to the queso coven conclave dressed as a Cheezard or Cheezitch. There will be prizes for the best dressed in theme.

2025 participants include past champs such as Eldorado Cafe, Yellow Ranger and Live Oak Brewing, along with FlipFlopFilipino, Round Rock Rage, Torchy's Tacos, Comedor, Chef Flaco's Gourmet Foods, Love Queso, Team Indigo, RoughRiders, Dosa Shack, Veracruz All Natural, Pelons, épicerie, la Barbecue, La Plancha, Smokin The Good Stuff BBQ, The Kebab Shop, Busty's Bar & Jukebox, Fairmont Austin, Goodburn Sauce Company, Commodore Perry Estate, Moonshine Grill, Electric Gravy, La Pera con Queso, Taco Flats, La Santa Barbacha, Arriba Abajo, Ezov, and more!

Quesoff is honored to benefit the Central Texas Food Bank. Learn more about their mission here. Last year, we raised nearly $27k for the food bank.

We still have a few openings. Anyone can enter and there is no fee. Folks can email quesofftexas@gmail.com to sign up and include which category they'd like to participate in. Entries in multiple categories are allowed as well - with a unique queso for each.
