Format: Hands-on, partner-based workshop. You must register and attend in a group of two, as you will be practicing techniques on each other.
Required Supplies: Each pair must bring one of the following to work on: A portable massage table OR a futon mat/thick yoga mat to lay on the floor.
Additional Item: If you choose to bring a futon mat, please also bring a comfortable kneeling pillow (like a meditation cushion) for the person giving the massage.
