Join us for an intimate, behind-the-scenes tour of Stories We Were Never Told: Visualizing the Holocaust in Bulgaria and Beyond, led by the exhibit’s curator and researcher, Jacky Comforty, and artist Martha Aladjem Bloomfield. This private experience offers rare insight into the oral histories, archival research, and original paintings that together illuminate a largely overlooked chapter of Holocaust history. Guests will hear directly from the creators about the voices behind the work, the process of transforming testimony into visual narrative, and the ethical responsibility of restoring stories that were silenced, denied, or forgotten.
