Prepared Childbirth Class - 5 Week Series

Join us for an IN-PERSON session of the Prepared Childbirth series. This class will meet once a week, in-person at Wentworth Douglass Hospital.

We will explore traditional childbirth education topics, including an overview of labor & birth, natural comfort measures, and medications offered for pain management. We will also discuss what to expect in a cesarean birth and some basic information on what to expect in the postpartum period. Classes meet one night a week for 5 weeks to review material and connect with one of our instructors. A tour is included in this class. One ticket is good for an expecting person and their support.
